At the end of July I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Emily & Gareth. They were married at St Mary's Church in Haversham and the reception took place in a wonderful garden marquee.

Back at the beginning of May I had the privilege of documenting Hannah and Robert's wedding at Highgate House in Northamptonshire. A lovely venue, a lovely day and a lovely couple. I'll let the pictures say the rest.

Oakley Court Hotel wedding - Siobhan & David
Siobhan and David were married at St Mary's University College Twickenham on a glorious day at the beginning of September. The chapel at St Mary's University College really is quite impressive and the 300 plus guests filled every seat. The reception was held in a huge marquee in the grounds of The Oakley Court Hotel, Windsor. Siobhan and David were very relaxed about their photography and I was left to capture the day as I felt appropriate. It really was a great day and a privilege to capture the day for Siobhan and David.

A white wedding....
My last wedding of 2009 took me to Creaton in Northamptonshire in December. Kristine and Carl were married at St Micheal’s Church with their reception at Highgate House. The atmosphere surrounding the wedding was magical and this winter wedding was made all the more spectacular by the fresh covering of snow that fell the night before.
The lack of daylight proved to be a challenge, as was the snow falling on our arrival and departure from the church. Having said that I managed to use the ambient light available in all but a couple of the images that I made and we were rewarded with some fantastic late afternoon sun back at Highgate House.
Kristine and Carl were a joy to work with and it was a pleasure to be involved in their special day.
